How to unblock an email address so emails from Life Unlimited Church get through
Has someone sent you an email from LifeUC that never showed up in your Inbox?
Or maybe you have sent some someone an email using LifeUC's Planning Center Online (PCO), but the intended recipient did not receive it?
Or maybe you have sent some someone an email using LifeUC's Planning Center Online (PCO), but the intended recipient did not receive it?
- First, check the Spam or Junk folder. If the PCO email is there, select or right-click the email, then…
- Find the option to "Mark as not junk" or "Not spam" (or whatever wording your email program uses) and click/tap that. That will move the email to the Inbox and in many cases will keep future PCO emails from going to spam.
- If the email is not in Spam/Junk, then it was likely blocked by the recipient's email spam filter. When that happens, Planning Center marks that email address as blocked and temporarily stops sending it messages until the issue is resolved.*
To unblock the blocked email address:- The blocked person adds the following email addresses** to a contact in their email address book (this is also known as "white-listing" or "allow-listing"):

- no-reply@churchcenteronline.com
- no-reply@churchcenter.com

- Then email church@lifeuc.com.au to let our PCO administrator know to mark the address as unblocked in PCO.
